Many people who start the weight management process are confused because they do not know what foods to start eating when they receive their health indicators. Trakalo app will suggest menus that suit your needs.
Caveat
This project has some high brightness media, which will be dimmed on dark mode. Opt-out by turning off the Media > Dim white point preference or press on the media to go into its Lightbox mode with original colors.
